We initially ride through the pretty town of Riva del Garda. After a few minutes we will find ourselves surrounded by nature overlooking the lake where we continue riding our e-bikes. The climb is never too challenging and thanks to the electric motor, you never get tired.
After about 2 hours of riding with several stops to take nice pictures, it is time to leave our e-bikes for a short hike. Thanks to this short excursion, we can reach wonderful places otherwise unreachable by bike. The hike takes about 1 hour to go and back,, pictures included ;)
Once we get back to the e-bikes, we continue our activity without forgetting about lunch. There are still many kilometers to go and the fun is not over!
The return to Riva del Garda is scheduled for mid-afternoon in time for a lake view aperitif. I will pick you up in the morning, and take you to Corvara, where our tour will start. We will ski through stunning slopes and amazing scenery, seeing 4 different valleys. The first highlight will be Passo Campolongo, then we'll ski to Passo Pordoi where we can go up with the cable-car to mountain Sass Pordoi to see the panoramic view, next we'll ski down to Canazei then up to Passo Sella where well have lunch on a panoramic terrace at a restaurant offering delicious local food and beautiful views. We will finish our tour and go back to Corvara trought the last mountain pass, Passo Gardena.
We can even reach the top of the Mount Marmolada (3.343 m.) which is considered the highest of the Dolomites. The main glacier is located on the northern slope and is the largest glacier in the Dolomites.
In total, 40 kilometres of pure skiing awaits.
Participants need to have an intermediate level of skiing (red slopes), children bigger that 7 years can participate. Depending on the level of the group we can choose between black slopes or easier ones.

Then, on the day, hop inside an air-conditioned vehicle with your guide at your Cortina dAmpezzo hotel or a designated start point.
Depending on your abilities and an assessment by your guide, travel to the appropriate gondola or cable car in the Tofana area to enjoy the slopes suited to your skiing level. Tofana offers a wide variety of runs, from the beginners slopes of the lower areas to the higher pistes of the Ravalles section. Theres also the opportunity to race down runs used in the 1956 Cortina Winter Olympics, the first to be broadcast on TV.
Drink in the breathtaking winter scenery, and with your guide, perhaps speed down the testing Olympic courses, switching from the downhill run (Pista Olympia), to the giant slalom course (Pista Vitelli) or slalom course (Pista a Col Druscie). Advanced skiers may also want to savor the lightning-fast slopes from Pomedes to Rumerlo, zooming between striking mountain rock formations. Along the way, be sure to stop at the Duca dAosta mountain refuge, famous for housing the 1956 Olympic flame before the opening ceremony.
Other challenges for expert skiers include the Canalone and Labirinti slopes, and the Vertigine Bianca black run. One of only two Cortina slopes not groomed by snowmobiles, the ultra-steep Vertigine is stupendously beautiful and promises the thrill of skiing through fresh snow on an eco-friendly, zero-impact run.
Wherever your skiing takes you during your tour, take time out at one of Cortinas traditional mountain huts, perhaps sampling the areas famous Olympia dish (own expense) a culinary celebration of the resorts Olympic heritage.
